Candle care and FAQ's
Q: How long can I burn the candles?
Burn your candle for at least 2 hours or until the wax is melted all the way to the glass to prevent an uneven burn and keep the wick to 4cm to avoid uneven burn and smoking. We recommend not burning the candles for more than 4 hours at a time
Q: How do I clean the jar after the candle has finished?
use hot water and wipe out the remaining wax. Or, place in the freezer for 20 minutes, the wax will pop out. Please dispose wax in the bin, not down the drain.
Q: What is tunnelling and how do I fix it?
Tunneling will occur when you have not left the flame of your candle burning long enough to create a melt pool that reaches the edge of the jar (this can take 3-4 hours). If this occurs do not trim your wick but leave it longer to create a larger flame on your next burn to allow the wax pool to reach the edge of the jar.
Q: Can I leave the Candle unattended?
Always burn on a heat resistant surface within sight and out of reach of children and pets. Avoid drafts and never burn candles on or near anything flammable. Handle with care as the container and wax may become hot.
Q: How do I pay and what are your payment terms?
After you had added your items to the cart please select your preferred payment method
Q: How much is delivery?
Orders over $70 ship for free, all orders below this amount have a standard fee of $11
